Survey Specifications, Outputs & Quality Control

Where a client does not have a detailed specification, Anthony Brookes Surveys Ltd can supply a typical specification. This will highlight Grid and Level Datum requirements (related to Ordnance Survey or Arbitrary). Indicate features to be surveyed and in what level of detail, the density of level grid required, whether underground utility services and drainage are required and will state the output of the survey (2D or 3D CAD and paper copy requirements). We then work with the client to tailor the specification to meet the specific requirements of the project.

Survey drawings are typically provided at 1:100, 1:200 or 1:500 scale although 1:1250 and 1:2500 can be supplied where requested. This is usually tailored to best show the level of detail required.
